The Netherlands are not part of Scandinavia; Denmark is part of Scandinavia
The Netherlands is not a Nordic country; Denmark is a Nordic country.
People from the Netherlands are called Dutch or the Dutch people, people from Denmark are called Danes, not Danish (Danish is an adjective, not a noun, except for the language).
Holland is a part (2 out of 12 provinces) of the Netherlands. The Netherlands is not Holland.
Belgium was once part of the Netherlands - southern Netherlands.
The Low Countries consist of the Netherlands,Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Flemish is the native language spoken in Flanders, a historical region in northern Belgium.
