Friday
Our non-stop fight leaves Augusta airport at 5:17 pm and arrives after 1hr43 min in Washington,DC at 7pm. Dinner will be served on the flight.
Tonight we will watch the movie, "Space Odyssey, 2001".
Saturday
We tour the Smithsonian Space Museum.
On the tour we will see the 1903 Wright Flyer and Neil Armstrong's Spacesuit. Both of these are part of The Wright Brothers & the Invention of the Aerial Age exhibition
Sunday
We drive down to the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Virginia.
We will go on the guided tour at 10 am.
We drive back to Washington in time for our departing flight for Augusta, GA at 1:19pm. Lunch will be served on the plane. The flight is 2hrs and arrives in Augusta at 3:20pm.
